Our dedicated Counselors work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Through personalized sessions, we provide guidance, support, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help individuals navigate the complexities of addiction. Our aim is to empower each person with the knowledge and tools necessary for a successful and lasting recovery, ensuring they reclaim control over their lives in a supportive and confidential setting.

Drug and Alcohol Counseling Services at Monarch Recovery Centers

At Monarch Recovery Centers, we offer specialized Drug and Alcohol Counseling Services on an individual basis. Our dedicated Counselors work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Through personalized sessions, we provide guidance, support, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help individuals navigate the complexities of addiction. Our aim is to empower each person with the knowledge and tools necessary for a successful and lasting recovery, ensuring they reclaim control over their lives in a supportive and confidential setting.

Support and therapy options include:

  • Recovery planning and counseling services involving group, family members, significant others and spouses
  • Treatment planning using SNAPs (Strengths, Needs, Abilities, Preferences)
  • Educating the client in ongoing treatment of his or her substance dependence and ways of promoting recovery through actionable goals aimed specifically at building peer support and engagement in community groups and activities.
  • Relapse prevention strategies, many of which are common but attention given to each client’s unique social circumstances
  • Support around 12-step programs (AA, NA, Dharma Recovery etc.) and other self-help process groups
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Training in life skills such as social responsibilities, time management and problem-solving through common obstacles in early recovery
  • LGBTQ education and awareness, allowing new perspectives of acceptance of self and others
  • Multiple other therapies and interventions as necessary aimed to aid the client in discovering new tools to promote engagement in healthy social settings with the goal of enjoying oneself in a group or alone, without giving in to the temptation to use substances and mask their ability to be authentically present.
